Guys i think social media destroyed our memory too cause before corona we always talked about some good things but now we only talks about the things we saw in social media....now i cant even remember some good memories happened last year 😢..some old people still has some memories of things they did like 20+ years back. (sry for my bad eng)

I was a GATE aspurant last year, and believe me, I deactivated my fb account for 1.5 yrs, only used whatsapp and youtube. This year, again I have reopened FB after admission to IISc and omg, I have been more addicted to it that ever before. This video was indeed helpful for me

It is true
I was the topper in my college and my school
Earning 99 percentage
But after my college degree I decided to skip my medical studies for an year and enjoy my life and find a job
But now my condition is very bad
My family hates me
I haven't left my home for past few months for any trip
I haven't found a job yet
Just because my screen time is 16 hours average
I am indulged into social media and video games
But slowly I have been working on myself and reduced it to 10 hours
I hope I'll take it down to 2 hours as before

Whenever I feel like I am immersed in youtube shorts, I take a deep breath, throw away my phone and start doing pushups. This helps me to end a never ending cycle of watching Youtube shorts and feeling guilty at the same time.

I am preparing for NEET 24 and 5 weeks ago i realised i am using my phone too much so i uninstalled every social media except WhatsApp (as no one texts me😢) now my screen time on my phone is less than 2hours everyday where it was more than 6 hours everyday
