I started gym training on May 2023 and back then I got barely 1 rep with 40kg and lazy looking form.

After 8 months training (including 1 month break from gym training) I got 60kg on December 2023. That is my latest PR in bench.

Bench press is one of my favourite ones with dip training. Lookin forward what this year with hard work brings possible!
