Too little oil for the dish, in the video you can see the pasta is dry. you need 4-5 tablespoons roughly.

Not made authentic nor cooked properly, either. This dish requires more pasta water than a spoon full. The immersion requires some elbow grease and patience. Mushrooms? 😂 Cancerous skillet?
