Creamy mushroom pasta - recipe in the comments #shorts

INGREDIENTS:

200g pasta (I used tagliatelle)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
300g mushrooms, sliced
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 garlic, chopped or crushed
200ml double (heavy) cream
150ml pasta water
handful parsley, chopped
3 tbsp parmesan, freshly grated
salt, pepper to taste

Topping: parmesan, freshly ground pepper, fresh herbs

On a large frying pan melt butter then add sliced mushrooms and fry on a high heat for a few minutes. Mushrooms will release water first, so continue frying until they start browning. In the meantime, boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Add shallots and garlic to mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Fry on a medium heat until shallots softened. Pour cream, add parsley, then parmesan and combine. Drain pasta leaving 150ml pasta water. Pour pasta water to mushrooms and simmer until sauce slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and toss until combined with the sauce. Serve topped with parmesan, pepper and fresh herbs.

Added a bit of flour before adding the cream for a thicker sauce! LOVED IT!!

I made this with regular pasta as that's what I had at home and let me tell you the whole thing tasted awesome! Whole family loved it! Can't believe how tasty it was. Such a quick and simple recipe. Cost me under £5.

Very bad video!! YOU DID NOT SPECIFY YOU HAD TO BOIL THE PASTA AND MY BF HE PUT RAW PASTA IN THE SAUCE AND N0W WE HAVE RAW [PASTA!
