Serves - 2

Ingredients -

300g (10.5 Ounces) - Spaghetti ( I use Barilla no.5)
1/3 Cup (80ml) - High Quality Olive Oil
6 - Cloves of Garlic, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Bunch (10g) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
1 tsp (1g) - Dried Chilli Flakes
Seasoning to Taste

Traditionally this recipe isn't served with and cheese but by all means add some freshly grated Parmesan to top this off.

I’ve made this many times and it’s always delicious. Although I find it better to add my chilli flakes to the infused oil rather than sprinkle it after on top. This lets the chilli oils infuse with the garlic.

You have outdone yourself Chef Jack! This is exactly how my Italian mother used to do it. Also, so glad I didn't see you use a spoon to help the fork 'twirl' the pasta when eating pasta. We never used one in our household either, even for the long types of pasta. Well done, and thank you.

3:43 sorry but theres no way that's feeding 2 people if my family or I are involved. I'd eat that whole recipe myself and maybe a side dish too and my family arent much different. I am a very hungry Arthas.

OMG I love this recipe. I did add my own twist to it by adding some parmesan cheese but 10/10 would recommend.

Pasta first then water.... water on to hot of oil with that garlic will start a fire... and if you try and use water to put out a iol fire it will explode on you!!!! Be safe
