Firstly, your sewing space is looking fierce! I like this view with your workspace & the colorful quilts so much! Just starting the video here was inspiring & I knew this was going to be good. Secondly, WOW! I've always had a problem with scrappy quilts. I love them but they never seem approachable to me & I've been quilting for over 20 years! This method of defining the rows and switching them in a specific order finally makes it all click in my head and it's beautiful! I know I'm gushing but all your explanations helped me so much! You did not over think it at all for me. I loved your descriptions and I can totally do this now. Thank you so much! God bless you and have a lovely day!

Love that you're doing all scrapy!! I like to tape my card stock, cereal box, template to back of my ruler, it's easier to keep up with & I need all the extra help there is!
I need to show you my birds in the air quilt that I made for my mom, all half-square triangles!!

I have watched a few others that show how their style is done, for them. However, yur style of doing a quilt, is a better way to follow, @ least for me. You clearly explain each step(by step), & if I don’t understand it the 1st time, I can always watch it again. I’m fairly new to quilting, but not a newbie to sewing. My Grandmother taught me to sew since about 8 years old, (I’ll soon be 68 in March-2023). I do some modifications now tho, since I’m in a wheelchair (L-leg BKA), but I make it work for me. An obstacle that I come across is that I need to stay with a smaller size quilt, nothing too, too big. But that’s okay. My grandchildren will still receive a quilt from me regardless…☺️. But I want to sincerely “Thank You”, for all of yur helpful hints & tricks that I’m learning. I’m sure that I’ll Never be too old to learn what I can, & to apply what I’ve learned in what project I’m working on. I’ve already grouped my color scrap fabrics into ziplock style bags, & Boy Howdy, that particular trick made a huge help to me & my situation.
Anyway, keep these helpful hints coming, & I’d like to know where you purchased yur cutting tool that you use. If one of my daughters asks me what I’d like for a bday gift, that’s what I’m gonna request for sure. Appreciate you & all that you can help to teach me to learn, to become a better quitter/crafter.
God Bless 💐

Ilove how you show us the simplest way to do quilts. I have a life time of material I need to use but try to use what I have. THANK YOU for being so helpful

Everytime I see a quilt with a ton of HST’s I can’t help but admire the quilter…Lord that’s a tremendous amount of work making all those HST’s!! The end result though is just stunning. Thanks for the tips today Miss Tracy…have an awesome weekend! 🤗

Brilliant way to keep your colors from bunching up in a quilt! I will keep this in mind when I do a scrap quilt. I was a scrappy HST quilt in quilt show and fell in love with it. 🧵😘

Oh. Well, I thought with scrappy, you just did a willy nilly piecing. But, apparently I will need to make sure to get a color wheel and put them in order. 🤔 pretty, pretty quilt, as usual!

I love your quilt. It looks close to perfect to me. I learnt a lot today. The more I watch you the more I realise I have a way to go but with your's and Kris's help I'm going to make it. I'm all fired up now.
