Copy PDF Text to Excel Spreadsheets

When I paste, I just right click, go to paste special and select text. It then keeps the column & row formatting.

The problem with this is that the information is pasted as text. It is impossible to convert the text to numbers, so you can't do any calculations with the "numbers". I tried selecting the text and formatting the data as numbers. They look like numbers but when I try to sum them, I get a value of zero. I'm using the version with Office 365.

Firstly, I had to convert from Pdf in .txt and then on Excel. If you know the other solution, please let us know :) ...
