Good I find it awesome that the feature is built into excel to make extremely seamless. I never thought this would be possible until seeing you share this tutorial, so thanks for the awesome lesson Kevin. :)

Power Query works wonders on PDF tables! I've found that it doesn't work quite so pretty on PDF files do not have the data within a table. The 'table' is the main factor that makes it easy. However, a PDF without a table (like a Sales Invoice) could possibly import gibberish that might take even longer to clean the data. Any suggestions for PDF importing to Excel where there isn't a table present ?

You made it look so easy! There were multiple tables in my pdf. When I clicked LOAD, the tables went to a list section to the right called Questies & Connections. When I bring up each table I see a lot of NULL values. There must be extra steps with multiple tables to get them imported correctly.

I’ve needed to know this for the longest time. PDF to WORD is fairly smooth, but PDF to Excel has been a much bigger challenge. It never occurred to me to go through the DATA tab. I will DEFINITELY be giving this a try.
Thanks Kevin!

Helpful video! When I follow your steps, however, I get queries and can't figure out how to resolve them. Would you be able to do a video on that? I'm converting a loan amortization pdf and want to reconstruct the formulas. Thanks!
