How to Convert PDF to Excel
In this excel tutorial for beginners, I’ll show you an excellent trick that will allow you easily convert your pdf file into excel without any external software and is 100% free. The most brilliant feature of this technique is that you can convert pdf to excel without losing formatting. You can remove formatting; you can keep source (Original PDF Formatting) and you can even keep the destination (Excel worksheet) formatting if you want.

I’ll be using MS Word to convert pdf file. First, I’ll convert PDF to Word document and then convert that word document to excel file. First, let’s learn how to convert PDF to word.
Step 1: Open MS Word.
Step 2: Click on File and then open the PDF you need to convert.
Step 3: You’ll get a Pop-up click ok.

Now wait a bit and done. MS Word will automatically convert that PDF to an Editable word file.
Now we are going to convert Word file to Excel
Step 1: Just copy the data you need
Step 2: Open Excel
Step 3: Right-click on the cell where you need the data.
Step 4: Under Paste option select “Keep source formatting” if you need the format of your original PDF or you can select “Destination Formatting” to remove or match existing formatting of your Excel file. This is how you convert pdf to excel offline. For me this the best pdf to excel converter
