Love this quick helpful demo. One note of warning, though. As someone who uses this functionality often I can tell your readers that some PDF's don't read very well. Some you will only be able to see the first page or some of the data elsewhere. There is a complex fix for this which uses VBA and Power Automate to convert the file to Word, then back to PDF! But if you want to do that manually it means the Get Data functionality will work on your new PDf file.

Oh, this is what exactly what I wanted. Though I had watched this tip somewhere else but forgot to apply. I'm happy I haven't worked on the new project yet which involved copy table from pdf.
