We all love caramel but it is tricky to make. I decided to put together some tips and tricks that have helped me over the years. I also share a simple yet amazing recipe to make the best caramel sauce, that will blow your mind away.

This caramel sauce will thicken and become sticky when you keep it in the fridge. This is because the butter and cream in it becomes firm. Before using it, microwave it for a few seconds.
Even after setting this caramel wont become hard.

Great recipe! After getting it wrong once, made it twice already. Couple tips that worked for me that I did wrong the first time (in addl to the ones in the video) -
1. Pop the granulated sugar in the mixer and get it powdered. It accelerates the melting time soo much (also easier to use otherwise)
2. Let the pan heat on medium -high flame before you add the sugar
3. Medium flame worked better for me. On low flame, the sugar didn't melt, but just came together as a one solid form.
4. Add tonnes of cream! The caramel hardens as it cools down, so add more than you think you want.

Your videos are amazingly helpful..I have started baking since a few weeks..tried your whole wheat choco chip cookies, coffee walnut cake and both were just amazing..the minute details that you give in your videos helps so much, like when to use melted butter and when to use soft butter..feels like I'm getting baking classes for free..!!! I have alot of custard powder with me right now and I want to have a baking recipe in which i can use it..I hope you are listening 😃😃😃
