So true! I’ve been seeing a Naturopath for 2 years now to heal my digestive, skin and fatigue issues. I’ve come a long way, however the treatment approach is focused just on the physical with a strict diet and detox protocols. I feel like I have reached a point where I don’t want to continue this much longer because I have lost the joy in life because of the amount of time, effort and restrictions this lifestyle requires. Your video helped me to realize what has been missing. Thank you.

GREAT concept Alex. I think it's related to the power of the mind and humans still don't know its power. Maybe diet is not only supposed to change your health habits (exercise and food), but also to change your thinking habits.

Maybe it's not just "health" but ... also ETHICs, or integrity - that can aid someone in finding happiness. Instead of using veganism as a shitty example of people making unhappy choices, try citing PALEO or High Carb, or HIGH FAT or some dietary fad that doesn't make people automatically want to hate veganism. Living a life of kindness surely has some impact on happiness. Caring about others and acting on that, in my opinion, is key to happiness... way more than weight loss and $.
