I feel like a reset should be aimed at the taste buds and view of food.
Conversation between me and food:
Me: food, can we start over. I had you all wrong.
Food: Sure! I'm here to nourish you.
Me: Great!
And we go off into the sunset holding hands.

She’s struggled with disordered eating before, and apparently never got over some unhealthy behaviors despite what she says. This gives many healthy vegans a bad name

I like Caroline, her workouts are so good. I bought her sweet recipes ebook and some of the recipes look really good, though I haven’t tried them yet. I don’t think I could eat like her (I once had watermelon for lunch and was hungry like an hour later 😄) but I like her vibe and her energy. I tried one of her green smoothies (the one with kiwi) and it was actually really good. If you pick and choose, there are some good recipes there but I haven’t done it as a reset, I don’t think I need to reset anything. 😂

This is the only nutrition channel I can watch and not destroy all my work changing my mindset with food and that helps me continue to build a healthy relationship with food. Thank you, Abbey!

The problem with nutritionists is that they see every person the same, homogenized. We are unique, as well as our digestition and immune systems. What is correct for one is not correct for all.

I would love if you did a video about eating for shorter smaller people-I'm only five one, and often think that I should "eat less because I"m smaller". Is this true? I have a history of anorexia, but I'd like to know because I eat as much as my friends who are much taller.

You should do Blair Walnuts here on youtube. She recently lost some weight and has made a couple videos talking about what she eats and now giving advice on how to lose weight.
