How to Fix iPhone if it’s Frozen on the Apple Logo

If your iPhone is frozen on the Apple logo, you can try to force restart it

For iPhone 7, you can hold the volume down and the side button at the same time.
Before iPhone 7, you’ll need to hold the home button and side button.

For newer iPhones, 10, 11, or 12, press volume up, volume down, and hold the side button.

If the force restart doesn’t work, you need a Mac or PC and you will need to plug in your phone to the computer with a lightning cable.

You can either use iTunes or the Finder

window and a newer Mac operating system after Catalina.
The recovering mode can be accessed by pressing volume up, then volume down, and pressing and holding the side button.

On PC or older Macs, you will need iTunes. You can get iTunes here.
