Prices can go up real fast. Homes I was looking at 5 months ago are $40, 000 more now today. They likely will go back down but then again they might not any time soon. Always a gamble. So a decision like this may result in a home price going up 10s of thousands of dollars.

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

3. Join a real estate investing club
4. Syndicators in your local market
5. Know GC
6. Good real estate will always find the money

How can I make this happen? I already have 3 properties and the bank won't lend with no down payment. I live in a highly competitive market, there's no such thing as no money deals. I checked with three different real state agents who are also investors, they could not find ANY no money deals. Not even land.
This truly sounds like those videos where the "billioner " says he can sell you a 19.99 book on how to become rich, a giant BS.
Kudos to you guys who are able to find these unicorns, I mean "deals", I wish I had the same luck! ✌️
