How to Turn $5K into $1 Million - Grant Cardone

$5,000 is NOT much money. Money goes where money knows, and people who hate money never have money.

Broke people don’t have a target big enough, because to them 5K is a big amount...but the question is, how do you turn 5k into a million?

If you had 5k and add $5,000 every year and earn 20% on it, you’ll have $1,125,000 dollars in 20 years. So how to get to 20% returns?

If you have only 10% a year, you’ll have just 320k.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

When we hit $1 Million last 2 years it felt good but was kind of anti climatic. You still keep working, saving and making good choices in an unstable economic environment. However, despite market gains, our portfolio has seeing great decline. Seeking to improve it and maximize returns.

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

This is a great example of saying a lot without really saying anything.

I recently inherited almost $500k. I REALLY need to make this money work for me, and not just disappear over time. I've been scrambling for somewhere to put the money, where I can make an effort to use the gains to pay bills so I can quit my job . All roads have pointed to the financial market of some sort which is a good idea buh where else should I put money besides the financial market? We have a 13% RPI rate so cash is tough.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $350k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol

We read news in the media that doom and gloom is coming and we just accept it, doom and gloom doesn’t always have to be coming, I’ve read numerous success stories of people that are pulling off tremendous gains of up to $250K within weeks in this crazy market and I just want to learn how to achieve such figures.

Heard someone say the best season for a fin.ancial breakthrough is now, especially with inflation running at a four-decade high. I have approximately $550k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

This is financial advice and I never give financial advice: DONT LEAVE DURING THE BEAR. If you don’t want to invest…learn. If you don’t want to learn…build. If you don’t want to build observe. DO SOMETHING…other than leave. There is so much opportunity here. Take advantage!

I’ve been with VladimirCorp for more than five years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of investing. I use my self-directed IRA with Preferred Trust Company. I work with my Investment Representative from Ignite Funding who is very professional and knowledgeable as well as the other employees in other departments. I get answers to my questions right away. I have more than 20 loans at the moment and interests are paid in a timely manner. I’m grateful to have them.

Becoming a good trade takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.
