So should I focus on punching down and extending my leg straight? (at top speed not just for this drill)

What do u do if externally rotated? Another video I'll post in comments says a weak quad hip flexor is responsible for groin pain as that takes the load to compensate. I found if I stand in that top position hands free and fight my hamstring to make the non standing leg horizontal I get a cramp in quad almost straight away. Ps thank you for ur content. Pps if training this scrape exercise by ur self no mirror how can u make sure hips don't drop?
