VEGANUARY WEEK 1

This is our super tasty recipe for a total protein chilli. It's really healthy but doesn't compromise on any flavour and it's packed full of protein, perfect for a post gym meal. 😊

Over the month of January we are going to be releasing loads of tasty, healthy recipes. We are going to be putting together a meal plan for you so you know exactly what you're doing this Veganuary.

It comes in the form of a PDF (linked above) which will have all the recipes, prep list and a shopping list so it's super easy for you guys. Plus, of course, recipe videos so you can follow along...

1 medium sweet potato
300g extra firm tofu
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1 red chilli (deseeded)
1 stick celery
1 red pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp of cinnamon
400g chopped tomatoes
400g tin black beans
20g coriander leaves
1½ tbsp mixed seeds
200g curly kale

Thank you for creating the bosch kettle cheese and onion crisps, they are not only suitable for vegans but lactose intolerant people - love them bought 4 packets today from morrisons!!

Can't wait to try this with Beyond Meat crumbled up instead of Tofu. I have a 12 year old who literally quit eating meat the day before Thanksgiving but she is also allergic to Soy so no tofu but I have been having loads of fun creating with her as I was vegan for several years but had to stop for different reasons several years back. These recipes have been very inspiring for my meatless days! Thank you Bosh for your hard work and for making this momma's life a little easier!

Made this for dinner today. Doubled up the quantities and subbed the beans for a can of mixed and another of red kidney beans. Was pleasantly surprised as I'm not the biggest tofu fan but it really does take up the spices and in the end was a great meal. Have quite a bit to freeze for meals later and will make this again :-)

That chili looks amazing 😋 I usually add the Gardien meat crumbles to my chili, but I will try that healthier option

I would just add the kale into the chili at the end like you did with the chili recipe in the previous video you just did.
