Join me for a 40 minute Arm workout to define and tone your entire Upper Body. You will need a variety of dumbbells for this workout, but if you only have one set, you will still get a great workout, just do what you can!!
I'll also be using a bench, but you could use a sturdy chair or coffee table instead.

Grab your dumbbells and bench for a workout that targets all the upper body muscles. This well-rounded routine blends slow and controlled movements with pulsing and isometrics to enhance strength and muscular endurance!

Agreed. It was tough but worth it. I was helping my daughter move furniture. Of course the guys felt my daughter and especially 70 yrs old me, couldn't help. My daughter and I lifted the couch, took it down a flight of stairs, and loaded it in the truck as the guys stared at us😂...Thank you Chris! The looks on their faces was definitely worth it❤

THANK YOU CHRIS FOR TODAYS CHALLENGING HARD WORK .WORK OUT.I USED SOME HEAVY WEIGHTS FOR SOME PARTS OF THE WORKOUT.AND MEDIUM WEIGHTS FOR .OTHER PARTS.BUT I REALLY CHALLENGED MYSELF TODAY..AND REALLY WORKED VERY HARD AGAIN.THE ARMS ARE REALLY SCREAMING AT ME AT THE MOMENT .BUT THEY REALLY THANK YOU SO MUCH.FOR THIS WORKOUT.I REALLY ENJOYED THIS WORKOUT CHRIS.I FEEL SOOO MUCH STRONGER FOR THIS ARMS/GUNNS WORKOUT.I REALLY SWEATED IT OUT AGAIN.SEE YOU AGAIN TOMOROW.CHRIS.FROM DANIEL.💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪AND I DONE THE COOL DOWN.AND STRETCH AFTER THE WORKOUT CHRIS.

My legs were toast from your leg video earlier this week, so I landed on this video thinking it be wise to work arms. I can now officially say my entire body is out of commission. 🤣 Jello all over!! But it’s not a bad thing. You’re a boss for using those heavy weights for every set and not even stopping to take a break! A real inspiration.

Really enjoyed a workout where I didn't finish a sweaty out of breathe mess! But that said - my upper body certainly knew it had worked out. The format encouraged me to stick with weights probably a little heavier than I would normally go, so that was a real bonus. Thank you x

Chris I just want you to know that I am absolutely 💯 in love with you and your friends and all the awesome workouts!! I have been working out everyday with you. I don't get to do the lives often.
