Great & Thanks!!! Have been making my mayo with stick blender, but this will only leave a silicone ball to wash. A great tip I learned, and will pass on to you: homemade mayo usually only has a refrigerator life of about a week at most, but if you will add 1Tablespoon of whey drained off yogurt, sour cram, or homemade cheese making into the recipe, it will give a refrigerator life of up to 1 month. Give it a try my friend.

Aki: here in the US mustard and ketchup typically go on hotdogs along with other condiments. Mayonnaise goes on ham & salami sandwiches... I’ve made home made “mayo” before using a “whisk”. Να στε καλα!

I still prefer the old way of small bowl, and wooden spoon and a lot of hard work. Besides, why would you put mustard in it? I suppose it is because it gives the texture that otherwise you wouldn't achieve?
