I think the last question is taking the first number of each pair and seeing the mathematical difference to the next first number of a the next pair. Difference is 4, then 2, then 1, then a half. So the increase is halving each time so the next number will increase by a half of 0.5 being 0.25. 7.5 plus 0.25 = 7.75. The second number in each pair when comparing to the next number in each pair has a difference of 6, then 8, 10, 12 (ie increasing by 2 each time) so next difference is 14. 38 plus 14 = 52.

These are questions from a real IQ test.
I've taken an official IQ test before, and these questions are very similar, but not the same. In other words, they were the same type of questions, but with different numbers/patterns etc..
I got a 10/10.
Now, this probably doesn't determine whether you are a genius or not, but these were legitimate IQ questions; much better of a free IQ test on YouTube, than any other I've seen so far.
Props to the maker of this IQ test.

I have an issue with question 9. The word 'drink' is a noun and/or verb depending on context. The context of the question does not clarify, making the reading confusing. Also, the answer can be interpreted as vertical stacking position: straw is above drink(noun) as food sets above plate as cup sets above table. Can someone tell me how this interpretation is wrong?

I absolutely love answering questions like these because to me they all seem as trick questions. I wish I could take a real IQ test. For some reason even when I was in college I never had an IQ test to enjoy taking. Im very eager to know if questions as these are the way a real IQ test play out. Good job everyone. It seems as though mostly all did a great job leading me to wonder if this is how its really is made out. Let me know if you know??

there are a lot of geniuses here... So either this video attracts geniuses, or above average intelligence people... or it is bunk. I got 8/10, the questions I got wrong seemed like very legitimate questions... the ones I got right, I believe anyone with a middle school education and is literate could solve... This is what I don't understand about IQ, It measures cognitive ability? critical thinking? I guess?.... But does it measure work ethic, enthusiasm, focus, compassion, humor, accountability? the true things that lead to Maybe it does?

I would argue agains qu 2. dumb is a phisical state, as is he is blind. he is deaf. so I chose dumb.In any case, it is like every thing else.however, if for one reason or another you want a high score, all it takes is doing all the available tests until you get the knack. Practise.
