If we are going strictly without crossing any lines whatsoever including the ones already drawn connected the 3 left and the 3 right, the only way to connect all 3 is to reshape the paper to puncture a hole next to each C and draw a line that goes along the back of the paper. If the paper cannot be changed, there is no solution. Two lines will always block one of the connections.
