I do a similar workout to this but I've never thought of those heel/toe raises and the plank oblique twists, I like it!

Only just come across this video...I'm going out boarding in January and not overly fit (back injury 🤕) how often do you recommend doing this to get me back up to speed.

I can tell you don't snowboard often. your toe strap was on wrong in the pic at 1:18. We've all been there, but yea.
