2)Elbows tight to body through rep
3)Legs together and tight. Squeeze butt.
4)Hollow body position throughout do not allow lower back to arch
5)Socks against wall will help slide more easily

Finally!!! this is the correct way, because I watched so many videos with bad techniques that involved movements that probably will make you get injured

Yo Dave, I got humbled by doing it w/ perfect form like this. I think another form queue is: when you lock out, think of trying to face your biceps forward.
