Exactly. I was thinking of the exact same thing when the saints missed the extra point on a last second touchdown. I can hear the announcer yelling

Of course, if the guy had made the extra point, Dallas would have gotten to the 50 and Brandon Aubrey would probably have made a 68 yard FG to win it 30-27 at the horn...

Whole game was bizarre! Brandon Aubrey missing two field goals! Muffed kick-off returned for a TD….on-side kick returned for a TD…Cowboys forgetting to cover with 20 seconds left…missed extra points! It was the Area 51 of NFL games! 😵‍💫

Anyone notice the missed FGS this season. Its almost like its way to make sure the game total doesn't exceed a certain number. You can't tell me that a professional kicker will be this unlucky to miss so many close field goals.

I remember many years ago when Cowboys won ONE game and i guess you know who that was against . I think the Cowboys take the rivalry more seriously

Always take the score. But I saw the Raiders return an onside kick for a touchdown back in the 80s.

A touchdown lead is better than a one point win everyday all day. The Commanders still had an opportunity and had they converted you would be having a different slant to your explanation. Save the after game analysis for all you crybabies who love the commanders. That’s the NFC EAST FOR YOU
