MY 3 ETF Portfolio to BALANCE the A.I Momentum & Recession RISK PERFECTLY

In this video, I will be going through some of the best investments to help prepare your portfolio for an upcoming recession.

Right now, with unemployment rates growing, accompanied with dropping retail sales, and slowing GDP growth, people are starting to price in a growing probability of a recession.

But for now the markets just keep going up and up
And that is all thanks to the AI movement, and interest rate cut hopes.

Now I personally feel this trend will continue but I've always said that if you're an investor that's trying to capitalize on this growth you have to pay close attention to your risk exposure.

And that's why diversification is typically known as the number one way for investors to mitigate their risk.

But diversification doesn't matter in a portfolio that is too concentrated.

And in my opinion, you have to pair diversification with something else.

One of the strongest ways I think investors can protect themselves from a coming recession is to maximize portfolio income.

In this video I go over a 3 ETF portfolio that can balance the A.I momentum and a potential Recession risk PERFECTLY!

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows.

Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.

Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $560K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategie;s ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

With inflation and market fluctuations it’s better to stick with more stable investment unless you have a solid backup plan and can afford potential losses

My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.

Hi Vyk, what would be a condensed course or courses to take to earn skills to dabble in the market? I’ve got the money and several of the major tech stocks but I am with Wells Fargo. They charge me 3% annually which translate to several thousand a year in fees. I’ve moved some to VanGuard and trade on my own but I want to move it all. I want to be better equipped to make the best decisions. Thanks for all you do thank you for your advise on classes I could take to improve my skills. I’m not looking for a degree as I’m retired and just want to maximize my holdings.

Another plus is all three JEPI, JEPQ & TLTW pay monthly dividends which reinvested will multiply faster.

Viktoriya, do you make videos for people living in Canada, too?

I like to sell puts to buy my TLT shares and then sell laddered OTM calls so I can participate in more of the upside when rates get cut. I also own a boat load of JEPI and JEPQ !!!

Nicely done. I own all 3 TLT, JEPI and JEPQ in my long term dividend portfolio and I do sell calls on my TLT ETF 👍…but the majority of my investments is in individual growth dividend stocks and I run a separate wheel options strategy.

Since I will be retiring soon and looking to invest in monthly dividend stocks, and I am wanting to take out all or most of the dividends, can you come up with like the best 5 to 7 stocks or ETF's that would be best.
