What's your 3 ETF or ETF percentages allocations?

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

What would be the best 5 etfs for a beginner

Certainly. Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) are popular for long-term investments due to their diversified nature. ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. Some top choices for long-term investing include broad market index ETFs, sector-specific ETFs, and bond ETFs, as they provide potential for growth and income over an extended period while minimizing the risk associated with individual stocks.

I like your idea. I just started investing at 30. I wish someone had told me about this 12 years ago. I feel so bad I wasted my 20’s. I decided to go 60% growth to try and catch up on lost time. Hopefully it all works out.

In general your recomendations are valuable. Things thing I did not get from your presentation for retirees are how to invest your savings and how to uses your savings to supliment your incomev by age if you needed to increase your monthly income. Depending on the amount af money you have and the need to supliment your income will make a diffence in the allocations of your money. If you have less money and you need income, a larger portion of your portfolio needs to be invested in higher yielding ETFs, with less or even decreasing NAV. Why care if your Nav goes down if you wont outlive your investment, unless you want to make your kids happy. 😄

I’m 16 and I have 50%(VOO), 35% Growth(VUG, SCHG and XLK) and 15% Dividends(SCHD). I wanted to be more aggressive on the growth since I’m very young but I didn’t. I’m really proud of my self for investing this early. Is this format okay?

Please let me know if I should reduce the ETF’s in the growth section and if I should keep some stocks like Tesla, Coca Cola and Johnson & Johnson

Thanks Marcos, loving your videos. I wish I knew as much as you did at your young age. I’d have a lot more money now!

I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Kathleen Chandler

Great video as always. 🔥 I am curious though, why do you use different Growth ETFs and Dividend ETFs between your Roth IRA and your taxable brokerage account?

You should do a video explaining how to reallocate a portfolio.

I’m 46 and just started investing 3 years ago. Which asset allocation do I fall under? I need to be aggressive since I just started saving but I don’t have as much time.

Can you divide SCHD with DGRO and just make that one ETF of the portfolio. So instead of 33% VOO, 33% QQQM, 17 % SCHD, 17% DGRO. The SCHD/DGRO acts as one ETF of the pie to round out the 34 %. What do you think?

Great insight, and I LIKE the idea of no Bonds LOL. I do 33% each.

Sorry for Americans, but the Australian asx etfs, our growth and dividends are the same. So an all market etf covers both.

Planning on adding maybe the aussie domiciled IVV for American top 500, and looking for a decent rest of the world etf.

I am thinking also of a 10% to 15% etf if i can find it covering Africa and South America. Australia, the US, Europe etc there isnt much growth they can really easily attain. But Africa and South America, if they continue to stabilise, there is so much potential there.
