This works. The video hides the important bit though.

Select DIVX from the drop down. Then select the destination. TYPE A FILE NAME THAT ENDS WITH ".AVI"

Another method is to use iDealshare VideoGo to convert between MP4, DIVX, XVID, AVI, MOV, AVI, MPG, etc
