I just know I'm gonna knock myself out one day with one of these.

How to you stop the kettle bell from smashing into your arm on the way up?

Diese Bewegung ist in jeder Hinsicht sinnlos und schädlich.

How is that in any way a snatch? I take it by calling it a snatch it is supposed to have something in common with the Olympic lifting barbell movement? In a ‘snatch’ the weight stays close to the body and when high enough the body moves under the weight with a full extension of the arm. This is a kettlebell swing which finishes with an extended arm. 😩

Snatch seems to be relatively safe only with a barbell. Single-handed KB and DB variants require so good technique and control to avoid back injuries..

So what exactly does this move work? 🤔

Definitely need a commentary. No tips on grip or punch through sequence. Thumbs down

I'ver read experts say this is a horrible movement with a KB or Olympic lifting. especially if exhausted. having the shoulder stop that fast quick movement with heavy or moderate weight does damage.

This, imo, looks like more of an exaggerated KBell

It hurts me to see how badly this guy does it! Dont put this in a tutorial if you are going to do it wrong. Try with lower weight like 8kg until you do it right, then gradually add on. Because his shoulders are not straight and you can see how his whole back and shoulder go down with his swing.. bro you should seriously fix your one hand swing if you dont wanna have problem with your back.

Also for all people that are saying that kettlebell hits their arm while doing it, try opening your hand (fingers) when its up
