For those of us that are new it would've been helpful to see a slower version and an explanation of how your wrist/grip should be.

I appreciate that this is concise. Don’t want 5+ minute lead in. Yay!

Good demo! Would like to see the "punch trough" in slow motion so folks can understand the finesse needed to accomplish repositioning the KB correctly for the OH press (and to avoided forearm injury).

You need a slow mo portion of the video to really see it in action!

The one thing that I wish people would do when giving a tutorial on technique is to right at the start just do the technique. don't talk, don't do anything else. just to the technique already. THEN you can start doing the detail.

This is actually a really good video if you've got a basic understanding of the kb snatch. For beginners? Not so much hahaha

Very nice form.
Pavel said something like, ‘it’s a swing with a punch added’
Good little cue to remember

For everyone starting, start with 5lbs repetition is key. Built up to sets with 50lbs over a month period what a great way to move weight while breaking a sweat tagging a squat and press into each rep

A LOT OF COMPLAINERS BELOW. the instructions are: you generally keep your palm in the same plane as the body (you don't twist your hand much); you punch up in the top of the movement so the kettlebell lands smoothly onto your upperarm; and you have to grip the kettlebell tightly at the top so it falls smoothly. START LOW so you don't hurt yourself thinking about it.

imo, and I def could be wrong, but for folks on the more starter/beginner end: def start with a weight WELL within your capabilities... don't mess around and hurt your shoulder or even knock yourself out. you're trying to get healthier, not the opposite.
