Recently got the app. Definitely gives aid to any hunter. I like stands in high traffic areas too. Nice to have a tool to help me predict when to be in it.
Next year will be more productive. I'm going to match up the new cameras I'm getting with the prediction cast on the app. I should have a visual of the prediction cast if they match up.
Keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞

Coming from a life long bow hunter here, finding you a few years ago has been so refreshing. I got so tired of watching the "pros" who do nothing more than go state to state to guided hunts. I never learned much from any of them. Seemed all they cared about was showing off quietly. You actually teach, and teach excellent info. I was a good hunter before I found you but I am for sure better now. My success rate has gone up for sure. In the past 3 years I have downed two Popers. This past Saturday I downed my biggest deer ever, a 160 class 12pt. It was my first time sitting that stand all year, and my 3rd sit overall for the year. Thank you for all that you do and good luck out there!

I change stands to prevent boredom. I get bored then get sloppy after looking at same scenery a couple days in a row.
New stand, keeps me optimistic and paying attention.

RUT IS JUST STARTING IS SASK, GOING TO SIT RIGHT AWAY IN MY OWN PROPERTY WHERE BOW ONLY ZONE. COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR. SELF EMPLOYED IS KEY TO HUNTING.

Something about Nov. 10th……. I either seal it or I don’t, yesterday I didn’t but watched two STUDS size one another off, in a all in attempt I snorted, the bigger one broke off that trail and came right in…. To 50 yards😭

Hard to say if you can blow out a stand by using it too much in my area, all less than 100 acre parcels, lots of them, and they all get pounded every day. The thing is though there is a pattern to that you can use. One reason here I like to hunt thick swamps, a refuge both for me and deer from pressure.

I have been binge watching your videos and have learnt so much. I’ve been hunting for about 5 years but never had a mentor to teach me and thanks to your videos I smoked an 8 pointer yesterday 11/11/2022. The first buck I’ve ever shot and I was pumped up for hours afterwards what a great feeling thanks for your videos

Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you. I watched this video during my “rut-cation” and actually changed my plan for for the next day. I originally had a plan for a wide open timber in place I found that I liked. But because I watched this I decided to hunt (because it was a high of 68 in NH) a low swamp in a lot of cover by a pond where I found run a few years before. Because of this video I came within 55yds of a 6 point. I missed…. But because of this video I had the opportunity. So thank you. I screwed the shot but you guys really helped my hunt and I wanted to say thank you. Also last year you guys are the reason I got my first deer so again thank you!

What if your weather is calm and same temps for 10-12 days in a row? Example high low 30’s during the day, high mid teens in the morning. Bucks are finally laying sign and chasing a bit. I live in Washington, Montana, and Idaho. Thank you.

At 17:20 you say don't sit on the funnel. Do you mean never sit in a place that funnels deer? Or just don't sit at the bottom end of the food funnel.
Sorry, just want to make sure I get your meaning...

Man, my heart is pounding already. I have a stand i haven't touched since early October. Like clockwork the last week, a nice typical 12 point 4-5 year old shows up on cell cam 9:30-9:45am
So stoked..! I'm thinking a "just in time stand" 😉

Don't usually comment but I wanted to tell you that I shot one of my biggest bucks today at 7oclock using some of the many things you teach, most importantly bullet proof access

It was a fun morning. Watching you video in the blind after it finished raining/pouring and with about 5 min left I had a doe run across the field with a nice 9 pointer. Couldn’t get them to stop but a min later came a fork and the a short tine heavy 10 pt with a heavy limp. I stopped him and shot him through both lungs. Ran about 75 yards and I found him piled up just inside the woods. Love your videos.
