As someone who is going through the last stages of fighting a false accusation, I can say that a) these things (as I’ve unfortunately discovered) do happen more frequently than one would imagine, and, b) the advice in this video is valid, and something you should certainly follow.

What ends up going on is the victim becomes another victim of lawyer bills

This day and age people accused of something are automatically guilty even if innocent.

I was falsely accused then the judge forced me to represent myself. I didn't even have a fair trial. What's crazy is these people stick together

I learned this the hard way. I spent two days in jail for contempt of court. It just sucks having to pay a lawyer when you didn’t do anything wrong. I felt like hiring a lawyer meant that the false accuser automatically wins. I ran my mouth, gave information to the DA and got convicted of contempt of court. It would have all been prevented if I would have hired a lawyer beforehand instead of waiting for the court appointed attorney to take my case. I was in jail within two hours of getting an attorney. The DA had 6 weeks to prepare. My lawyer had two hours. This is a long story that would bore you but basically a lawyer would have prevented me from getting pissed off. I was scared and the court appointed lawyer refused to make an appointment until 6 days prior to the trial. If you use your own money you get a lawyer right away. The system isn’t rigged but it can be gamed. Lawyers have one motive. It isn’t money. It isn’t justice. Their motive is to win no matter how dishonest their client is. The court system will destroy an innocent person. Take your loss. Pay for a lawyer. Losing financially is better than losing in court. Just take joy in knowing that false accusers will burn in hell for all of eternity. Pay the durn lawyer. I was found not guilty of the original charge but now I have a criminal conviction on my record that makes me look belligerent towards authority. My life was ruined even though I should have never been charged to begin with. Amazing.

I've been accused of being a 'borderline-pedophile' over seriously someone doing the shit to me that they're accusing me of doing to them. They're flipping the script because they were the main instigators who kept trying to set me up but got mad cuz I didn't do certain things that they wanted me to do.

For anyone going through it just remember to Walk by Faith Not By Sight. Even though it looks bad, just keep stepping and trust God. Man can't stop the blessings that God has set aside for you and you are never really alone. He walks with us in our darkest hours. Without struggles we wouldn't be able to recognize the blessings. Trust in God, repent and be a light in a world of darkness. We are here to help people, to love people and to show people the way to the real light which is that through Jesus Christ.

The comment section is truly heart breaking to see so many people go through this. they say false accusations are extremely rare but after my own experience and what I’m currently going through I would say there pervasive and common. I’ve had to commit close to 25k in legal defenses and am in massive debt with no one able to help me :(, I hope people are able to find hope and get out of these accusations

None of this matters if the false accusation leads to jail with no bond which is what happened to me. Corrupt system

thank you for making this video. great information. i am living this experience currently. luckily i talked to an attorney when I felt something was coming and he said don't talk to police without him present. i have been researching this and came across a great book, "you have the right to remain innocent" which discusses how even innocent people can talk to the police and become guilty in court. maybe what the police write in report is not exactly what you said, but in a hearing, who is going to believe you didn't say something.

Looking back I wish I would have known what I know now. My EX falsely accused me to initiate a divorce. When the police showed up I had been taught my whole life that they were the good guys! I had no idea that they were entrapping me and making things even worse! Long story short I just got denied a very high paying job because of a crime that I never committed! It sucks! The crime was brought down from a felony to a misdemeanor for a crime I never committed! In all reality that police officer should have only charged me with a misdemeanor but I had no idea how any of this works!

Before I was falsely accused I received a called from my accuser I had no idea I was being set up. I had no idea there was officers at her house recording everything. The phone call got really weird so I hang up. 5 minutes later I had 2 detectives knocking on my door. And that's how my inferno began. I never been in trouble so I didn't know what to do. Long story short cps was involved, I volunteered to do a polygraph test. My life was ruined. After a year my cased was closed thank GOD. and my acuser never got charged of falsely reports or anything. Men lives are ruined everyday and there's so little we can do.

The most important thing is to act confident. When the police/detective/investigator ask questions to you, try your absolute best to answer it with the less amount of words possible that are purely logical and say it with pure CONFIDENCE. Do not bring emotional factors like getting angry or sad into these type of crap, because they WILL use it against you.

The 3 times I had to hire a lawyer, the lawyers totally blew my cases.
