The MOST AGONISING TRAUMATIC FLIGHT I've EVER EXPERIENCED! NORSE Atlantic ECONOMY. CHEAP & NASTY!

After reviewing Norse Atlantic Premium, I thought I'd try Norse Atlantic Economy. NEVER AGAIN!! This is as BASIC as BASIC gets! NO FOOD, NO Water, NO BLANKET, for the price you get NOTHING but a cramped seat, NO SERVICE, if you want food or drink you order it on a screen for a ridiculous price. Whatever next, charging to use the toilet? I have NEVER felt so irrelevant. This is not ECONOMY CLASS, there is NO class, you are basically left to feel like a peasant. Pay the EXTRA and fly in their Premium Cabin. (Which is NOT really Premium).

Interesting how every flight is your worst flight ever.

I always love when you include the airport and airplanes in your videos.

On any flight we go on we always do two things:- 1. Take a jumper in hand luggage as every plane is always cold. 2. Take a picnic as the food is overpriced and not at the standard as that made by your own fair hands. Result, happy flight 😊

Hi Lee we always fly economy, been to Canada, south africa never had a problem, some people can only dream of flying premium or first class even though we work our butt's off for what we can get and go to. Thank you to all airlines for making it possible for us all to fly to destinations

Booked on my first Norse flight next month. Gatwick to Miami £300 RTN!. (No food, No extra baggage etc) The day after I booked the price went down to £250!! For these prices I'd sit in the baggage hold.

I quite enjoyed flying with Norse, i found them friendly, organised, efficient, attentive on board, i found the seats relatively OK for a flight that price. The film and series selection was pretty good too!

I flew to the U.S.A. for the first time in 1994, it cost me £352 with American Airlines with a 3 week car hire included in the fly drive price, it's about £870 in todays money. Food and drink (all alcohol on the menu too) was included in the price. I had plenty of leg room ( I'm also 6'4") and it was a pleasant experience. Now they want to squeeze every last penny out of you just to replicate what was basic economy on a transatlantic flight 30 years ago.

Having flown Norse i think youve got to understand how to use them.

Their economy is for people who don't care what shape they're in when they get to the other end as long as they've saved a few quid..

Anyone else should pay the few £hundred extra it typically costs to go premium, which is a perfectly acceptable product for the price (usually at least 30% less than premium on a legacy)!

Hi Lee. You know all those lanyards we accumulate at trade-shows/conventions? Well I put a colourful one on my black luggage, so you know which black bag on the carousel is mine.

That looked awful and cannot believe they charge for a blanket that is mind blowing.

I mentioned in your first video that I have been a happy previous Norse flier. £250 return to Orlando without hold baggage for a 7 day trip (somehow we managed with a rucksack full of essential clothing) encouraged me to make my first trip to the US in 14 years. I view Norse as a successor to Norwegian Air that used to provide cheap transatlantic travel. Norse seemed a step-up from other budget airlines I have flown with. The main meals were more than fine on the flight, around £20 if bought as an add-on and the service was good. But I had lower set expectations, enabling me to be pleasantly surprised at how good the whole experience was.

Another great vlog Lee, it was Dennis Weaver in Duel 👍. Good film as well.

What actually happened was he seen they charged $6.50 for blankets and the thought "Oh, I'll say I expected a blanket for free on board so didn't bring my jumper".

Check your receipt Lee Norse quote £23 for a main meal and £16 for the light meal (breakfast) If you were charged £72 there’s a mistake… I usually just take 1 or 2 sandwiches on flights if I’m in economy

Great vid. Although the price was a bit much for the 'service' and extras that they have the nerve the charge.
Think we paid 420 for a return flight to New York back in April with Aer Lingus. Meals included and seats etc.

For £72, I'd have bought sandwiches, crisps and a ton of sweets, and a bottle of Jameson's Stout 🤣

What is the point of this if you never have someone sitting next to you? That is the true measure of how well economy really is to tolerate! When you are crammed three abreast like sardines in a tin is when you wish you upgraded. You just don't receive the pleasure of your arms pinned to your side and no way to shift your butt in a too tight seat for seven hours! No wonder people end up with pulmonary embolisms.

If the whole point of this trip was to show us the difference between premium economy and regular economy, why wasn't there any footage of how much space there was on that economy seat. No panning on the seat before sitting down, no view of leg room, nothing. A picture is worth a thousand words. I think you had too much Jamison with your buddy and left your brain on autopilot for the return flight.
