(Warning⚠️the following will contain spoilers‼️) The movie is called, “After We Collided” and in this scene Tessa got into a car accident (another car hit her on the drivers side when her light was green, so she had the right of way). Harden is running after her because he knows that was her car. Also, they were back together at the time. The next clip when she was holding her stomach was in the third movie called, “After We Fell” and she finds out something is ‘wrong with her cervix’ so she may not be able to conceive children. They had to do more tests to be sure. She was really sad because she feels like her choice to choose whether or not to birth children in the future has been taken away from her. Of course there are other ways to become a parent but it’s one of those situations where if you chose to have bio-children well that may not be an option.

This is called taking things out of context.
The first scene was a car accident while she was distracted receiving a call from Hardin.
The second was when she had a doctor's appointment for the pills and she found that she can't have kids
