Thanks Eddie.
I have the last two by different manufacturers. The middle size one is pretty handy and I thought I'd like the larger one more but if you're doing a lot of wires the insulation seems to get stuck in it from one wire to the next and stops it from holding the wire. Also mine doesn't do well on cloth covered wire but I don't imagine many people use cloth wire anymore.
I have another kind you didn't show and it's my favorite, especially for fine wire, you probably have one of those lying around. Curious to see how they hold up.

I found the kaiweets brand about a year ago and already have a variety of their tools, from the 1000A clamp meter to the socket tester and everything I've used is great and well built! Just ordered the KWS 101 and 102 and am very keen to try them out 👌

I really like my Kaiweets meter, so when I need to replace my current wire strippers they will be at the top of my list. Thanks

I like the 5" strippers. I've used "T" strippers forever and prefer that style of tool. But I've never liked the cutters below the stipper slots...can't cut tie wraps easily with T-strippers. So, the 5" strippers look very interesting with the angle cutters up front and still keeping the stripping slots on the top half of the tool.

The hole on the "middle" tool is for making a loop on a solid conductor for terminating the loop around the screw on a receptacle for example.

Oh BTW, UPS delivered the new DT4261-90 handheld DMM from Hioki USA today...nice meter.

Please let us know how they do, good tools are hard to find, and usually expensive. Thanks!

6:00 I use the hole to make the horse-shoe loop when wiring AC outlets.

The "Loop" is to put a loop in the end of solid wire to go around a screw terminal.

I am going to pick up all three via your link and I will eventually come back and post my experience. I do not use such tools heavily, and they look like a great beginner set at the very least.

The 5" sidecutters are really cute <3

It's not so simple with blade alignment. Knipex are offset from each other on purpose by some precise amount, so they don't blunt themselves. The offset is quite visible when you look closely. It looks like they are assembled perfectly flush, and then each side is ground separately to a different depth, which also makes for a different thickness between two blades. Let's see, one of the jaws is 1.80mm thick and at the same spot, the other is 1.90mm so the engineered offset is apparently 0.1mm. I don't have a Piergiacomi at hand, but i seem to recall they do something similar, but the offset is smaller.

The integrated bolt cutter in the second one is not something i have much confidence in. Not that i suggest that it's badly made, i just somehow doubt i'd find enough strength to actually use them. Besides, they aren't metric.

The big auto stripper, i'm not convinced that i like that style, depends on how the cut depth and tension adjust. I have an unbranded FS-D3 for $6, i really like those a lot. They also manage to strip a good section of a ribbon cable at once, and you can just nudge them over and quickly do the rest. You can't do this with your type. They don't at all seem well made, but somehow, they work very well?

Those pliers I have seen on Amazon they seem nice for what they are and money spent / if kaiweets sent them to you to test and check them out they must be descent tools.

These look really nice, I might have to try the automatic strippers and see how they compare to my Vise-Grip ones! Oh, have you had a chance to look at the $20 Handskit T12 soldering station on Amazon?
