That looks lovely and now I wonder why on earth I haven't made a quiche for years. I'll be making one this coming weekend I think and have it for lunch with a green salad and a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing this recipe 👍

If all I have is whole milk, 330 g of that ok? or you really need the whipping cream?
