I was pretending that I was over 13 when my age was in the single digits. Most sites just ban you if under 13, but US law is ridiculous (which is why my daughter lied when she was under thirteen…. I miss those days), who has stamps to mail a letter? What company kids going to process consent letters, no wonder they just ask you if file over 13, you check the box, and move on.
