This series is just genius. Make your staff happy and make good ass content at the same time. I'd watch these forever

Jokes about Nolan not being a fan favourite, but his banter is great and I am loving how much he's chatting back to linus haha

Wow, just talked to Nolan over a support ticket. Interaction was great there, looks like interaction was great in this video too!

At that point, just take the legs off the couch and set it on the floor. When that leg finally goes, it's going to put a massive gouge in that hardwood floor. Also, I have that same Fractal case and my 3090 wouldn't fit until I replaced the center AIO fan with a 120mm slim fan. Works like a charm.

Everytime I watch Intel Tech Upgrade it reminds me of that program in the 90s where lucky kids would get like 1 min to fill their cart in a toy store and could keep it all if they made it back on time. This feels almost the same, only for slightly more adult stuff.

It always makes me happy to see how LMG employees can find creative, new ways to waste Intel's money.

Nolan was the CSR that assisted me recently when I had a problem with my order (courier messup) and he was super friendly and prompt throughout - glad to see that he's such a friendly guy in person too!

Although I want to, I will NOT be calling customer support just to talk to this wholesome person

You're telling me Nolan managed to get a job at LMG, won stuff at a Christmas party, and got drawn for Intel Extreme Tech Upgrade, all while his gaming rig was already decent?
How lucky is this guy? He should buy a multi million dollar lottery ticket next.

LMG must pay well. Every time they do one of these the person has a nice apartment or is a homeowner it seems like. And the office is in Vancouver area so real estate is probably super expensive.

It's crazy to think Nolan is only 21. The man is living the life most people dream of, he's clearly been playing all his cards right, mad props to him

I love that Jamie has come out as a favorite once again, on Nolan's video... "Last install of the day... how about I put it there and you like it?"
