How to fix flicker issue

I spent all day to resolve this issue in Blender and After Effects but still can’t fix it, finally found this video and it does work on my project.😭 thank you boss🙏

Only works for very slow scenes. With any fast object you'll get an annoying ghosting effect...

You can step up and use a moving feathered mask to tackle only the areas with flicker. The clarity of other areas will be uncompromised.

Thanks. Is there any solution for animations rather than panning shots, cause fast animations turns out a bit differently when applying this technique, you can see certain objects x3 if that makes sense, if they moving at a fast speed
