Xbox One S- 4K Flicker Fix

I got a new 4K HDR tv (Samsung KS8000) when I turned on 4k on the Xbox, I would randomly get flickers. This video shows you how to fix it.

Thank you!!!! I already returned my switcher once cuz I thought one of the ports was broken as I only seemed to get this issue once in a while. It’s a bit of a different pathway now Settings —> General —> TV & Display Options —> Video Fidelity and Overscan —> Colour Depth (change to your matching bit rate, mine was also auto set to 8 but I changed to 10 and now it works)

Mate even 4 years later this still works... Did struggle to find the option tho as they have updates the setting menu. Thank you very much sir, I hope that both sides of your pillow will be cold tonight.

Wow... I found this randomly after giving up last night thinking there was something wrong with the HDMI cable (came free with the TV wall mount - so it was my first suspect). Bought one on Amazon hoping for the best.

Just setup a new family room/home theatre with the Samsung Q9FN 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos and was getting the same flicker. Tried your fix and the problem was solved, so grateful you posted this fix bro, THANK YOU!!!
