Back with the final workout in the dumbbell HIIT series with this 15 Minute Dumbbell Leg Workout targeting the quads , glutes and hamstrings all within just 15 minutes

Who doesn't have 15 minutes to hit a killer workout eh?

As with the rest of the series. We are starting with 3 exercises. 40 seconds on with 20 secs rest and repeating that 4 times .

We then move on to 3 different exercises repeating the same cycle again for one seriously quick lower body burnout

So no time to waste, grab your dumbbells. Grab a little space and let's smash this 💪

love these format of workouts. surprisingly my lower back is feeling it the most from the 2nd round with the deadlifts and pulse squats. used 20# throughout 12/14/21

I just started watching your videos about a week ago period to make my eyes stronger. But the leg workout is right to since I have both knees had surgery about 2 years ago.
