Join me for a 15 minute LEG & BOOTY WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS to tone and sculpt through your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. This routine is low impact (no jumping) and is perfect if you have goals to grow your glutes! Each move will be 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

EQUIPMENT:
- Set of dumbbell weights (5-15 pounds or more)
- Bench OR sturdy chair / coffee table / couch
- Mat
- Wall nearby (optional)

I started doing this every other week with no weights following a running injury and slowly over time increased to doing this series with 30's (60lbs total) currently, and my legs feel stronger than ever to avoid future injury in my long-distance running journey. Thanks for the workout, as always!

Ooh...Big burn 🔥 in my booty and legs!! My favorites are the kick stand deadlift and the leg back on a chair to goblet squat!! Whoo, what a terrific workout!!

Decided to work my legs this morning. This was a super quick and effective leg burner 🔥. Particularly liked the staggered deadlift. Great workout Mikala thank you 😊

This is exactly what I need! I have a 20 year old ACL repair but I have never regained full weight-baring flexibility/mobility and I am experiencing the ability to do exercises properly.

Loved the combo of weights with a leg workout - I haven't found many of these! Some of the moves took quite a while to get started, so it felt almost like 30 seconds "on" rather than 40 seconds on.
