I plan to add a few self care habits to my day: off-screen time, journaling and meditation. I will try to start small and go from there

Love this video. Hardest part for me is being consistent and not reaching for my phone when I get up in the morning.

I love this video so much!! The thing I struggle with the most is not starting my day on my phone. My reasoning is that it helps me wake up and not fall asleep but at the same time, it doesn’t really help my mental state to be doing that first thing in the morning and often I either end up comparing myself, feeling unproductive, or overwhelmed by how much I haven’t done. Any tips for this? It’s a real struggle and I’d love a video about it from a therapist ❤️

I love your videos! My hardest struggle is to develop a good morning routine and consistently journal. I love that you suggested to just write what I’m grateful for. I think that’ll definitely help me to become more consistent.

Hi Rashawnda, Just found your you tube, very helpful for me, i have been going through depression for some time now, have been to therapy
now my hubby is going through it too, some times i do not know what to do or say to him, I cant even pull my self up how can I support him.
