Formic Pro Mite Treatment For The Swarm Catch Nuc Yard. Are We To Late? How I Treat Smaller Colonies

This was our first full year utilizing Nucs exclusively for all our swarm catches.

Last year we had 100% success rate using half doses of Formic Pro and applications of Oxalic Acid Vaporizations late Fall for our 5 over 5 nucs we were utilizing to save space. Because of these great results I have no reason to change anything. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome and how strong those Nucs were going into Spring. These were the 10 frame colonies we gave away early springs so maybe one of these in this video will be yours in the Spring of 2025
