. HELP ME !! I do everything you say to do, but once I click on configure . A box pop's up saying "Error occurred during port configuration " .. Then there is only an option to click out of that box . So I'm stuck with nothing else to do :( It was working fine up until I changed Browsers . Could my new browser messed it up ? BTW I'm just barely holding my own " not comp. savvy " rely on these YT help video's all the time . Thanks ..

Thanks for the brief tutorial, but under the PORTS tab, my printer is already selected, I can NOT select CONFIGURE PORT for some reason.
I can not select or deselect any other port either.
I can NOT add or delete a PORT. My printer does have a tick mark in front of it.
I can not deselect or make any changes.
Nothing works under the PORTS window.
Please help.

Configuring port is unsupported. Does installing a VPN interfere with this? Took me one day to install a smart TV with Firestick, add a soundbar, clean up bunches of old wiring, sign up for multiple viewing services and add multiple pieces of software. About the same amount of time it has so far taken to get this DAMN HP POS Printer to work.
