I had an offline issue with my mac and I fixed without these annoying video. I found that somehow I had 2 of the same printers in my queue. Not sure how I got double printers but that was the issue. When I deleted one EVERYTHING worked. So make sure you have only one of any printers you may have. Worked for me.

Mine doesn’t give me the option to reset the printer and the snazzy music gave me no additional information.

Just need to delete printer than add it back. That's it. No annoying music necessary.

If there is going to be no verbal instructions, then the video should be shown much more slowly. The music was distracting and honestly, overall it was not of any help to though I RAN it through several times.

Put this loud shit on MUTE, Go to "Settings", then "Playback Speed", set that at .25.
