In 4 weeks i am seeing exponential growth, would recommend to use every single day, at least 7 hours a day, for at least 8 weeks. I will keep posting my growth. Thank you five minute fitness for this blessing of a workout, really helps to come closer to my goal being sam sulek.

1st exercise description speaks to repeating paused squats while the video appears to be squat and hold the entire time. Why doesn't the video show the repeated squats?

Okay so these are great exercises but where is the support for these increasing T? Resistance training may help increase Test in some but typically also requires the correct nutrients (zinc, the B's, C, D, Magnesium, etc) What is special about this routine for increasing T?
