Best part about your workouts is that they really give the results you mention ☺️. I'm doing this back workout for around a month (along with arm, chest, abs, thigh, leg, butt workout on different days of week), and I have felt a significant improvement in my back shape, strength and reduction of fat too. Damn it's like you know just what we need. Fact that first improving posture is important than getting in shape first because then it becomes easier to workout and you won't get imbalanced body parts. I learned it the hard way.

Day 1: My shoulders are sore
Day 2: My shoulders are still sore but not more than Day 1
Day 3: Omg. I can see a small line of collarbone. But I still need to workout.
Day 4: My shoulders are not paining much. I got used to these exercises.
Day 5: I did it today as well. I hope this is worth my time. But I can see a little progress.
Day 6: I did it even today
Day 7: OK. I did it even today.
SO ONE WEEK IS COMPLETED. I DON'T SEE MUCH DIFFERENCE BUT I FEEL FIT WHENEVER I DO THIS. I CAN EVEN SEE MY COLLARBONE LINES. I STILL HAVE ANOTHER WEEK. LET'S GET IT!!!
Day 8: I did it even today (even tho I am on my periods. TMI IK)
Day 9: I did it even today
Day 10: Yup. I did it today as well
Day 11: I did it today too
Day 12: Did it today as well
Day 13: Did it
Day 14: Did it today as well
SO YEAH MY TWO WEEKS CHALLENGE IS COMPLETED. I CAN HAPPILY CONFORM IT'S WORKING SLOWLY. I CAN SEE COLLARBONES AS WELL. YOU GUYS CAN DO IT. IMMA DO IT FOR A MONTH AND WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW THE RESULT

Thank you so much!!! I’ve been trying different workouts and this is by far the best for me. I can actually see a difference after a week and a half!!! I’ve had friends actually notice a difference in my posture as well!

I went from an active job at a movie theater hanging posters and building displays to a desk job and now I struggle with any shoulder exercise with weights. Thank you for proving a no-weights routine! Just enough to get me a good workout without having to quit halfway. I'll keep this up!

It’s been three days since I’ve been combining this into my daily routine and I can already faintly see the ends of my clavicles where they meet :) I’ve yet to see my sternum show as well, aka have it pop forward enough to do the coin test. From the looks of my progress so far, I’m not worried about failing it anytime soon once I do this for a few weeks!

Since I live a sedentary lifestyle I’ve also tried incorporating proper posture in bed with tutorials on YT as well. It’s uncomfortable but I’m optimistic!

I feel that both of these in combination with another are helping me :D thank you so much for making this video!

Edit: sorry everyone! I stopped following along after one week because I was busy with a lot of things circulating around my graduation and family related things.

Day 1- done ✅
Day 2- done ✅(2 times)
Day 3- done ✅ (2 times)
Day 4 - done ✅ ( 2 times)
Day 5- done ✅
Day 6- done ✅ (Definitely seeing results)

Day 1 - The exercises were easy and did not hurt or tire me out much! Felt the stretch in the right areas! (Hope they don't hurt bad by tomorrow)
Day 2 - Reaching the end was a bit difficult as my arm and shoulder muscles were a bit sore but i did it!
Day 3 - It was the same as Day 2! I'll try doing it twice a day from today onwards!
Day 4 - I feel most of the tension around my left shoulder and collarbone area
TOOK A DAY OFF
Day 5 - It was easier to do all the exercises! I do not see a difference in any region so far
Day 6 - I can see my collarbones a
Day 7 - there are subtle changes
Day 8 - It is easier to do everything (no major changes duh)
