As someone who has trained 100s of youth, I appriciate you as a father setting her up with the wherewithal and responsibility so badly needed in this day and age.
You can teach someone how to do a job, but you cant make them have good work ethic.
That is their choice and decision to make.

Absolutely. My 42 yr old daughter started working on the day she turned 16th her choice not mine lol. She has owned her own pet grooming business for over 20 yrs. She employs full time & part time employees (their choice & for different reasons). Proud mom is an understatement 😊

I wish more youth understood this perfectly explained point. I raised my kids in that same vein, and they all work hard and have created their opportunities and understand that you have to earn the paycheck before you deserve it.
