I'm from engineering background, got into IT company and was alloted SAP FICO stream. Been working for 1.6 years and have difficulty in understanding the accounting entries although I do understand the flow and how configuration works. I'm feeling stuck because of this, shall I put in more effort in learning accounting or work on some other skill alltogether ? Also will 11, 12 standard commerce accounting knowledge enough for fico? Pls help

For the beginners start getting into SAP End user experience. Then slowly get some training in SAP Training institutes under good trainer. Practice in SAP Training Systems and then convert the end user experience to SAP experience and start applying jobs you can definitely crack. Now in demand is SAP S/4 Hana experience for all SAP modules. So start learning.
